By "people involved in Teli," I assume you mean either the BOD, shareholders, or Paul Taylor.

What I did hear was that there were peeps OUTSIDE of the organization making threats toward insiders.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
