Look investors: Despite the stock price being at it's lower the incessant selling continues. This cannot be ignore or even dissented. What are some of the factors that are warranting the sells? Here are some possibilities.

1. Warrants are going off causing the seller to dump into the market. Where is the confidence in this stock?

2. Naked short selling by some firm overseas in order to drive down the share price thereby starving the companies ability of obtaining cash via selling less shares at a higher price. PIPE financing would be the driving factor in this case.

3. Insider selling due to knowledge of the companies failing operations. Wang and other officers. Please don't say it's money for acquisitions. I won't believe that.

4. Investors selling their losers in order to offset gains due to this month being December. I doubt that since the selling has been steady for nearly a year now.
