Even if it's at .10.

I understand this company needed to dilute to survive but why would they issue millions of shares at .10cents just last month if things were so good and the release of the App on the Microsoft phone was expected soon (and since has been released)?

Why wouldn't they just wait until the App was released and then try and get a more conventional "loan"?

I could understand more if this finance occurred many months before anything substantial with the company was going to occur (like the release of the App) but doing so just recently is concerning.

You stated you have seen this before but has it happened so close to a major event of the company? I can't believe I totally read this wrong when doing my DD. I got caught up on the positives when I should have read the financial info more closely instead of just assuming the finance happened awhile ago and already has been factored into the pps. With the shares still in the hands of the "loaners", and millions more possibly still to be released (and if so at .10 cents then I'll be dumbfounded) this could negatively impact the pps much greater than any positive news.
