The Judge disclosed on Monday that Bowden will be facing a criminal trial in January for multiple fraudulent deals. I was just asking the question "could the one sided contract the we signed with Bowden have also been based upon fraudulent information". The fact that it was at a time when we had both money and resources makes me question the logic behind the contract in the first place. Both Bowden and Blum knew the Scipion was void of any profit. Certainly Blum could have just been stupid. But if he was duped and Bowden did not have the rights to suck up three years of our corporate life could he be held accountable. He must have deeper pockets then DPBE or Wilf does now.
