This is the most likely scenario in my mind and a darn good reason to leave the market in the dark.
If numbers released by Matin are anything close to reality, current market value of less than $10,000,000 does create a heck of an opportunity for a buyer who would like to make it a private company, thereby being able to hide any past hidden facts forever ... or at least till he (the buyer) makes it public once more at a normal price.
Assuming such a scenario:
1- No one could say that Matin did not say that the company was undervalued by the market
2- No one could complain if a buying offer of let's say $2.00 was made, it would not be a reasonnable, even great offer (relative to current price.
3- Whatever Matin did hide in the past (Bengladesh) could remain hidden forever.
Personally (ASSUMING CLAIMED FINANCIAL TO BE SOMEWHAT CLOSE TO REALITY) I cannot see Matin normalizing the company, become credible and let the PPS become what it PRESUMABLY should be.
All of the above ASSUMING MATIN'S MESSAGES TO BE SOMEWAT CLOSE TO REALITY ... which I still doubt.
Patiently,
Roger
