I don't think the two patents are worth that much. Drink mixture is probably worth mid xxx,xxx. The aluminum Bottle, I could not see anyone picking up. Well wait, maybe coke would offer to pay the past due electric bill for that patent! Seriously though it could not be worth anything. This would also be when muscle milk could buy the patent on phaseIII and claim "new and improved taste" sales would go very well for muscle milk then. PhaseIII does taste way better than muscle milk. I might take a small position once they do a reverse it would have to be min 1000 to 1
