I believe you are sincere in your opinion of Frank, nevertheless I disagree. Explain how his remaking of the ACS fits your thinking. Do you not believe it is real? It was stated that Don Haderle took a look and gave it his blessing. And here is part of the PR "Market Praise"

MASON, Ohio, July 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ANTs Software, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ANTS; www.ants.com), an Advanced Software Technology product company, announced today that the new Architectural design enhancements for the ACS (ANTs Compatibility Server) has been lauded as 'revolutionary' by former and existing clients of ANTs. The Advanced ACS is expected to reduce marketing lead times and increased licensing revenues for ANTs.
ANTs Software, Inc. develops the ANTs Compatibility Server, an innovative middleware solution that accelerates database consolidation between database vendors enabling application portability. The ACS, a middleware technology that would allow customers to move applications from one database to another database, enables enterprises to consolidate their applications onto fewer databases. It also develops, markets, and supports ANTs Data Server. The company was formerly known as ANTs software.com and changed its name to ANTs Software, Inc. in July 2000. The mission of ANTs Software is to help customers drive down IT operating costs by consolidating hardware and software infrastructure, and eliminating cost inefficiencies.

How then will it fit in with the rest of the puzzle? Leaving Frank out of the equation makes absolutely no sense to me. If Franks product is real then it will find it's way into the marketplace. No one on this board has satisfactorily explained why the original ACS failed in the marketplace, and until we understand that completely, we can't gauge how successful it might be under new tightly budgeted leadership. Who knows, maybe some of the companies that were looking at it might bite even if the product was not perfect, but if the cost was right. The bottom line is, we need the AAA. Did you notice the mention of the ADS in the above release? That was early July, and I don't believe it was a mistake. I also think that is why Rik was brought in. I firmly believe the ACS or AAA could be combined with the ADS to create an unbeatable product in the marketplace. We can probably be a growing company without the AAA or a ACS/ADS combo, but adding those two to the mix puts a smile on my face.

Do you remember the letter where Frank stated he had funded Ants up to this point and it was time for shareholders to carry on from here. Well, one of my suspicions is the funds didn't come in as expected and Frank had to improvise. I don't know this, it's just a thought I've had. Anybody here partake in the preferreds?
