He was part of a similar scheme that happened with XNRG in 2010 or close to it when the company lost a deal restructured and issued more shares.. both projects seem to be in the exact same area in a state that has seen a sharp decline in granting permits of anysort (reworking or new). Its just a hunch, but once a person is successfull with a business they can do it again. IF he can be successful with XNRG, this might have some hope to restart and become successful. After all they are producing oil.

As for the website, the pictures are of business partners they have worked with and failed deals from teh past that "defines" the company.
