Well as I stated, he either gets his stuff together and starts realizing that a financial, registration, and up listing back to the higher "reporting" tier is all equally important and DOES NOT need to be done at the EXACT same time - he can release financials and then get registration updated and then uplist to reporting status!

If he makes the choice to continue to wait past December 31st (haven't checked if market is open or not that day) I will unload my full holdings onto the bid, at a loss if i have to, and take the tax write off!

There is ZERO patience left in me for such rudeness from a CEO that apparently doesn't have a working business line due to "whatever" reason! Can't run a business with no working number!

I have clients call me daily on my business line and if its down for any reason I expect them to call my personal number if they have questions or issues or need services - that's how a business makes money smile

Get a clue MIKE the financials should have been released already and i have been your number one supporter now on boards and in stock purchases - want to watch me dump more in a day than you can? My shares aren't restricted and i own shares of several blue chips including google and apple so I can use a write off of $10,000 if I sell at .0005 or even better if I dump them all at .0001 and take a $19,000 loss to write off!

Time to act before I independently drop your stock price down so far that you will need to REACT instead of simply ACTING now! Its not difficult to release financials if they are done - as Joe states they are! Its not that difficult to then get NV SOS Registration complete if you have money incoming! And if financials are released you would be CURRENT and just need to fill out an OTC form online and just like that in 24 hours you are a reporting pink!

Get to it! And fix the damn business line so your damn personal phone doesn't get slammed with calls Mr. CEO!

Oh and try not to keep HIDING behind SEC regulations to avoid the TOUGH questions! I appreciate that you don't want to risk issues but all your shareholders want is to see these PROMISED steps COMPLETED!

WTWO!
