Thermo Scientific has a handheld instrument that identifies thousands of meds and combination of meds.

It also has an instrument caled Trunarc that identifies hundreds of drugs including the newest synthetic drugs. It is available in several languages Chinese, Russian, Polish and Spanish.

Quite frankly, it puts everything CDEX has to shame and really shows CDEx as the scam it is.
