I'm not going to do your DD for you. Read the old PRs. Read the filings. Look at the history of false promises, ineptitude, and self-serving lies, especially in the financials. Check what's happened to the share structure under Stead "management." If all that's too much trouble, just look at the chart. Stead stockholders are victims. That fact is OBVIOUS to anybody who's been paying attention for the last couple of years.

In one recent example, he's already DOUBLED the AS of BVIG, just the other day, with no reason given. Why do you suppose he did that? Reckon he's thinking of doing a little "private placement?" A little dilution on the sly? That's what he does for a LIVING. Don't be surprised if he keeps on doing it.
