With the Fed. feeding Mortgage Backed Securities, keeping the rates down for home buyers can't really go wrong here.

Chart shows this was a $70.00 a share stock in 2007 before the bubble. Insider trading in Aug. this year with buys.

Will do more DD but looks good. Sounds like the Fanny and Freddy issues have been settled.
