From an adoption aspect... well... how many of us are regularly surfing the net on their wireless devices? I am a huge techy, and yet... I don't do it. It's still prohibitively slow and expensive, so yes - 3G / WiMAX infrastructure and services are the major catalyst yet to come.
The PPS can do whatever the heck it wants right now. I'm loaded in at .12 and this stuff ain't taking off until next year at least.
I repeat... be HAPPY you are here now. Imagine being in on Microsoft in 1992!
