Makes me wonder how political this agreement is and how sincere the Japanese are about selling the KDS.....but, I'm a cynical basterd, maybe it's just me!! LOL! Time will tell....

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
