Where Are You Getting Your Info About The Garvin County Project And Tenguy?

Is it a local oil newsletter?

My guess as to the reason the stock has not been issued relates directly to the equity financing issue. NTRO has got to see all the working interest partners, in the Branch #1 project, and to what their capital requirements would then need to be. It's a big project, so they need to get it right.
