Everyone of your questions was answered by Mr Buffone. The losses in 2009 could of been any Institution during the financial meltdown. The contingencies were put in by the Gov. and not the bank. The footnote that Mr. Sterbenz was referring to, had nothing to do with Insolvency, Mr. Buffone points that out in his final rebuttal.
