So........if you were the President would you open yourself up to huge controversy and criticism on a national television interview by saying you were not going to pursue the new state laws in Washington and Colorado while the rescheduling case was ongoing and in the balance?

No you would not.......you would not go on the news and say things like that and open youself to criticism from within your own administration.........you would not do this
