Notwithstanding a decrease in the stock price, selling continues to remain relentless. This cannot be ignored but can be dissented. What are some factor or factors that are warranting the sells? Here are some possibilities.

1. Warrants are going off causing the seller to dump into the market.

2. Naked short selling by some firm overseas in order to drive down the share price thereby starving the companies ability of obtaining cash via selling less shares at a higher price. PIPE financing would be the driving factor in this case.

3. Insider selling due to knowledge of the companies failing operations.

4. Investors selling their losers in order to offset gains.

Nevertheless, I do believe that there will be a technical bounce once the stock becomes oversold. Therefore, my bid remains firm at .05
