I think you should buy more if you only have 1. I mean they scared you not too buy more ! Win or lose im holding shares and will until this puppy is in stock heaven.
If you step back and look this stock only moves when wall street starts talking default....
Looks like all this money that has been printed created a massive whole in the economy.
Hey I know im talking crazy but this stock is acting crazy and in fact is paying out in reverse. Its called a poison pill.
Only buy more if you are prepared to lose it all...
Poison Pill - A strategy used by corporations to discourage hostile takeovers. With a poison pill, the target company attempts to make its stock less attractive to the acquirer. There are two types of poison pills:
1. A "flip-in" allows existing shareholders (except the acquirer) to buy more shares at a discount.
2. A "flip-over" allows stockholders to buy the acquirer's shares at a discounted price after the merger.

1. By purchasing more shares cheaply (flip-in), investors get instant profits and, more importantly, they dilute the shares held by the acquirer. This makes the takeover attempt more difficult and more expensive.
2. An example of a flip-over is when shareholders gain the right to purchase the stock of the acquirer on a two-for-one basis in any subsequent merger.
Hey GLTA and before you go to sleep look at every penny stock and think poison pill.....
5000 poison pills being implemented at the same damn time creates
600 trillion in debt.
Poison pills destroy everything banks,shareholders, investors and any one trying to take the target over and it can last 100 years. Or until the buyer gets majority of stock or goes broke buying shares..
