Exactly right. Which makes you wonder how these 50k and larger blocks, which appear as buys, barely move the PPS on this 18-19 million OS stock. The dilution river is flowing already. Most stocks I've seen over the years, with an OS under 50 million, would jump up a nickel or more on a 50K buy.
