Just where Joe stood in all this, in the beginning, is open to interpretation of facts, since what is given can be read different ways.

I, and many others, disagree with this statement. Joe was working with Dean on QASP from the beginning. Dean was giving him deeply discounted shares that he was happy to dump on the common shareholders and make hundreds of thousands of dollars. He knew what Dean was doing, and he was happy to stand behind the curtain, dump shares and come out on top when the house of cards came tumbling down.

If Joe would like to explain away his action, he can, but he hasn't thus far and it is clear why. There is no explanation that doesn't make him look like an idiot, complacent, or a co-conspirator in the scam.

Maybe you can help me out in this reading of the facts that doesn't make Joe look like an idiot or a scam artiest?
