Wallst-Winest.... well, the fact of the matter is simple, when you dilute, you lower the PPS. It's as simple as that! And yes, I do understand that's how you raise capital for a start up. But, MOST DON'T understand how this effects their investment.

I am lookig forward for more dilution SO THE PPS FALLS TO $ .11 or so and then I am back in. And I'll catch the next wave back up for a double.

This has happened time after time with this stock.
