The bottom line is 115,000 per year is very expensive for any drug.The R&D is also. IMHO the insurance companies will fight this tooth and nail. Even if Pona turns out to be best in class, which I think it will as trials go on, specifically the EPIC trial.
Insurance companies are for profit and have little human compassion. I think this will only get worse going forward. I have traveled around the USA.In each city I visited, an Insurance company owned the largest or near the largest building in most any given city.
