In all seriousness - I feel bad for the guys who supported the company only to get dumped on and played a fool.

Also, a lot of times companies do this to devalue an old insider who is "on the street" with a large cert and keeping the stock under pressure caused by the threat of selling the block.

I am genuinely sorry for being a d**k over the years.
