Read the post and Hawk sticky above very carefully. Where exactly does it state that BALTIA filed a response to the DOT or that the FAA approved the change in District offices. So far the only official news is that they discontinued the FAA certification process. Of course they will have a right to file a new application in MI but no place has it been stated that either the FAA or the DOT approved anything. The most important milestone at this junction is the DOT approving an extension which should post in their site and warrants a PR from the company.
