The Company announces that they have accomplished their first Roll-Up Objective, turning the company into a $5 million operation and virtually overnight. They made an announcemnt in November re; LOI, kept the public updated about their progress and today inform us all that it is a done deal!!
Don't ask this management-"Where's the Beef?"-They have proven that PTAH is now on-track to become a real player in the for-hire transportation industry...
