I find it a very disturbing commentary on the people who worked for or were directors etc that they are now at odds. It is no wonder this company NEVER got a thing done for its investors but those involved got paid, in some manner or another.

The SEC is compiling a case that will eventually clear this mess and then ES can proceed with expansion.
