jagman, what you, rickguy6, and mongo don't seem to comprehend is that the CEO, and each of the four wholly owned companies are big shareholders, and will only benefit from the AMEP SP going up.
The wholly owned companies were bought with stock, ie OAG was bought for 3 million shares of 144 restricted stock. The CEO of AMEP bought 4 million shares of AMEP on the open market last year. Family members of AMEP are heavily invested in the stock too.
They all want AMEP to be profitable for personal gains, just like the rest of us longs.
So I ask, why are you here if this is a BDC scam? There are thousands of other companies that are already profitable that you could invest in???? Why are you here?
