Looking at iHub Level II. Ask side. Stock doesn't matter.
I see that the lowest ask price is .001
10 levels below is another ask price of .251 (much higher).
Why is this .251 price even there ? Who will buy at .251 ?
I asked this on the Q&A board. Reply was "because that's the way
it is" What good is a reply like that to a Newbie ?
