monkey, this is a contentious issue. IMO it is not good that a family run pink gags the TA.

The company says that the TA requested that calls go to the company (becuase they were getting to many calls) and the TA says that the company requested it.

I tend to believe the TA, which doesn't earn the company any brownie points IMO.
