Quigley, need to hear from mgt. How soon do these "deals" have real effects, status of credible financing chuck mentioned months back, status of an IR campaign outside of SWI failed efforts. (never good for IR Rainer to be part owner of a start up pump firm, conflict of interest is inherent in that arrangement yet he still hasn't succefully raised pps) They need to address what junk is outstanding in the mkt and if they have negotiated privately settling some of the crap.

Do you know anything about these issues?
