..someone said the company was the holdup, not the TA.



That was me and it is the truth. The TA can do nothing unless directed by the company. I'd like to take my losses and run as this is raising serious red flags on the management of this company. But I can't do anything as the old shares are not tradeable and no new ones are being issued.
