Other means of lowering OS.... profit = buy back. I have not taken the time to determine what the glut of shares has brought to SNDY coffers but my guess is that this low pps surely offers opportunity to suck in some of those shares to reduce the OS.

I think R/S would be too damning to a company that finally appears to be getting up to a stand position. I am still banking on buy back vs. R/S. Not for everyone but may be worthy of taking the risk at these pps levels. GL
