Predix Pharma pulls IPO, citing weak market

NEW YORK, Oct 26 (Reuters) - Predix Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. on Wednesday withdrew its planned initial public offering, citing "market conditions," according to a statement from the company.

The Lexington, Massachusetts-based company is developing drugs to treat conditions including anxiety and hypertension. It had aimed to raise $55 million to fund development through the IPO.

It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol PRDX .
