Thanks Mr. Wood ,

I've been trading for 12 years.I'm not an amateur;I also knew exactly what I was doing when I had them, amtd, pull the trigger ,even at 4.60;I am absolutely confident I will make a profit here;As a matter of fact I could have taken one almost immediately when it ran to 3.89.Way too short of where this is going.

All of that is not an issue.I'm very aware of T+3 in a cash account and every POS rule the SEC uses to "protect" the investing public even in a Margin account;I've traded in both.

What I ran into was a BRICK wall from Ameriturd. When I went to place the trade manually in my account ,it stated paraphrasing >>> "your order did not go through because you have to open a position in this stock through your broker."

Not only that but once the F'n broker placed the trade I could not even change the amount of shares or price ,they had to do it.I can however, sell anytime I want without their assistance.

I may call them about this situation because after thinking about it I'm not very happy with the situation and want answers as to why these restrictions are on this particular stock.I traded a .30 cent stock eariler in the week with no trouble whatsoever.

Will check back in the morning to see if anyone else uses ameritrade.

Strangest thing I've ever seen in over 12 years
