It doesn't matter, the preferred shares are tied to FFGO shareholders, thus, backing shorty into a corner. This could be a first for shorty to have to deal with the legal filings and the shifting of assets that are tied to the preferred shares. NMGL gets current in the coming months, the nausea will kick in with each day that passes, IMO

Gold is expected to rise into the end of the first quarter, Bauman makes more money per oz.. They are patient and have no need to hurry, IMO..
