Traders53, I heard some rumors: Brokerage Companies built up another private investment companies and doing the "nakeshort" in OTC market to make multiple million dollars a year..............

It's possible?

They always go with "companies promotion" & "dilution" to short shares and then buying back at $0.0001/pps.......as "no bid" & "$0.0001/pps" situation........

US SEC can't control and investegate because they doing in private.......and they knew all investors information in the company....& all investors holding shares.......they killed most of the OTC players !!!

I don't know it's true or rumor???

So, we have better run away from the OTC penny stocks !!!

SUGO maybe same as "nakeshort" & "dilution" by company.......

SUGO really is a "shell" company now in developing stage company but it may become the super star if it really removed the "bad lebel" from SEC......and required or merged Africa private Gold mineral company to have a real huge annual net income report that can drive the pps from the deep water to the moon (from $0.0001 to $0.01/pps possibility)!!!

I believe the SUGO CEO , Mr. Robert (investor) & CFO all insiders would make their best effort to operate SUGO to be the super star.............Driving all OTC penny stock investors "crazy" to chase the shares in the near future !!!
