There is substantiated and indisputable proof that the stock will get diluted an additional 53% and the A/S will be increased to 1.59 billion at any moment. There is nothing to suggest that the company will ever see any revenue or a reduction in the revolving defect.

This information is available in the latest filings. I would sell as soon as possible before the dilution starts back up.
