I think by the time you get your engraved in stone data as to the cause of the SAE's, Ponatinib (Iclusig) will be well on it's way to gaining momentum as a leading CML drug. By that time, the PPS sale you are seeing now (and it may go lower) will have been a distant memory and another lost opportunity to invest in this company at a substantial discount to what it will be trading at in a few years.

I am not looking for anything engraved in stone. There is NONE in clinical trial. There are lots of intricacy in clinical data presentation. I take FDA's presentation of data more seriously than any company's. I am simply looking for rational answers. I don't look for certainty in clinical trial, I always look in terms of possibility, probability, best case and worse case.

You are contradicting yourself there even you acknowledged it could go lower - I thought the train had left the station no one could get in later smile. I am not afraid of losing opportunity like so many people do because I never feel I HAVE TO have one stock in my portofolio. There is always other opportunities out there. You can trade off any situation, as of investing, I don't invest until my own head is clear. I might still be wrong, but over time with disciplined approach, I am proud of my own record, willing to go against anyone else.

but I get the feeling that sometimes it's more important to some here to be right than to make money investing in biotech companies.

I don't know about others on this board. You can cross me off your list, I can tell you I am more interested in making money than being right. I am here to exchange ideas, get different points of view, get information from sources I don't get to myself, and for archive purpose. I am an adult, always willing to listen to others, but not afraid to tell people who talk nonsense to shut up. I am confident enough to admit my mistake (underestimated certain things in ARQL ph3 NSCLC for example), and also go against everyone on this board (everyone hated YMI for example). By the way, I don't offer opinion on things I don't know or I have never thought about it seriously.

However, you have never been a big fan of Ariad and that includes when it was trading at $5.

Thanks for the reminder. I missed the opportunity, are you happy now? However, it doesn't mean I am going to be wrong ALL the time. There are many other factors invovlved on whether to take a position in a company or not, not all of them can be discussed on a message board. I don't regret in a way I feel I have to get in now. Don't take offense someone doesn't like your company, it just means someone weight risk factors differently from you. Just rememeber, when EVERYONE LIKES your company, IT IS TIME TO SELL!
