I don't think being listed on a major US stock exchange would help much. My reason for saying that is that it is common for these companies to trade on absurdly low p/e reatios. The problem is the US attitude to such companies. Therefore it is irrelevant how big the stock exhange is.
The market cap of SIAF is so low that a small stoch exchange can be sufficirent to propel the pps way higher if the numbers are taken seriously.
