Botom Fishing - the "secretaries" striking and closing down the eastern shipping ports is costing American $1 billion a day -- and there are container ships going to Mexico and other ports....to try and unload their merchandise...much of which is needed for Christmas shelves in many many stores. With that event...who knows how "elay" and lay-away programs will be impacted.
