A clear sign of their complete incompetence and proof this is a dilution scam is visible of the CCI's own website. As was mentioned previously, Bill didn't have the common sense to remove the auto-scroll that mentions the weekly press releases from mid-September till the end of the year. Bill didn't get the bump in share price he wanted from his and Stevens lies and the latest round of dilution was sold off at a much cheaper price per share then they were hoping for. Now there is a phony, lame a$$ PR about a test in Ohio followed by a PR that has A/S over 300 million shares now. Hmmmmmmmm..anyone care to guess what will happen to the share price?
