As stated I was not implying this was a direct relation to us. It’s more a concern of an empowered out of control EPA. Though currently a minor source, the plant still does have emissions, when are they going to come after that standard? Also what is the next new rule, are they going to go after the mining of coal ?? that could be viewed by them as a dirty practice, who knows!? Maybe they see some spotted lizard in a coal mine or something and start going crazy. Point is the faster they can get this whole thing in place and set some type of precedent the better because it is only going to get far worse. I would not be too comfortable with that minor source stamp until this is a done deal. Just my opinion

Things over all are looking promising, if we can just get over the funding and permitting hurdles.
