I agree completely. This is what has me so concerned as a shareholder.
I can no longer just trust what Jim "says" in a pr after all that has happened. We need verification on everything now. Tomorrow marks 3 months since the suspension and nothing has been filed. Imo that is far too long of a wait to hear an update from a CEO to his shareholders that have watched their stock value drop by 90%.
