If they had played fair, then the share price could have go back to 1$. Nobody could foresee that they would liquidate their business. Either you have hope for a good solution and hold your shares, either you're pessimistic and then sell your shares. Count on a bad outcome and and not selling your shares is a contradiction. I am also from Belgium, but I know at least that a negative setting here does not help. Let the SEC do their job, and wait for the result.
