First, if someone is intent on being a nut job and killing innocent people, no law will stop them. They WILL get the tools they need to get the job done, unless you could wave a magical wand and have every gun in every country disappear. There are also chemicals that can wipe out masses of people, so focusing on a "drum magazine" is sheer stupidity. What is to keep someone from pre-loading 20 10-round magazines and having them at the ready? That would almost be as fast as a single magazine.
Next, when I hear the liberal idiots, like Maddow, crying for banning the terrible guns, why do they not cry to ban alcohol, as it is responsible for MASSIVE death and destruction in the country? When ONE liberal or anti-gun person can answer that intelligently, PLEASE chime in!
Or, look at the car accident rate of people under 25 years old. Anti-gun logic would say don't let people drive alone until 25.
I could go on, but anyone with an IQ over 105 should understand the point.
