"By the way M&R holds a full set of license to import and cell alcoholic beverages and tobacco in the USA issued by the ATF which as you know requires all persons involved in the business to under go an extensive background check."

That all hinges on whose name is submitted for vetting. Other players may be involved who neither put their name on anything or use a fictitious alias to avoid recognition.
When one realizes that 'Dr.Evgeni HUSID' is none other than 'Eugene G. CHUSID' then the whole thing comes into perspective.
No one asked about the credibility of M&R....the topic was about the CEO of MIHL using whatever name of the day is handy. Chances are she knows very little of what is really going on.

This whole thing is being stage-managed by one puppeteer pulling the strings in an effort to make it look like a big global undertaking when it is nothing more than 'deja vu' of previous schemes with a slight twist. IMO.

Since when was the CEO of MIHL under control of U.S.Oil & Refining which was documented as having 'Dr.Evgeni HUSID as the CEO?
What do you mean piggy-backed on existing companies under the 'control of the CEO'? If that is the case then MIHL would operate out of 41 University in Newton and 1800 Kennedy in Philly would have been completely unnecessary if the so-called 'infrastructure' was already in place.
As the advertising says: "Show them a prestigious location at 1800 Kennedy for as little as $90.00 a month."
