The purpose of any business it to make profit and to either re-invest to make more profit or to distribute profits to shareholders. ABTL makes profit, so they have to do something with all that growing millions on the balance sheet. And it's either re-investment - buying another lead company to increase sales, or dividend - distribution of profits to shareholders. The problem is Coats owns less of the company than I do, so why would he even bother with dividend when he can "milk a cow" through enormous salaries. Dead end so far.

IMO one big shareholder (institution) has to step in and say enough is enough and if Coats can't make it move he must go.
