The Waterville article continues to contain false and misleading information:
"CDEX Inc. was formed in 2001 and began trading on the OTCBB in November of 2004."
According to the Press release issued by CDEX, the company began trading on April 14, 2005.
"Proven market acceptance of products and technology – Major hospitals across the US have recently purchased CDEX products."
CDEX has never claimed to have sold, and no Hospital ever claimed to have purchased any products. Thus far, they are being tested and evaluated.
"The product lines currently being developed are based upon the use of spectroscopic technology."
CDEX claims on it's web site that it is using "X-Ray Fluorescence Technology" and "Ultraviolet Fluorescence Technology". No mention of any spectroscopic technology.

30 seconds can hardly be called real time.

It is clear that the purpose of the article is to generate interest in the investment sector, but making claims not supported by the company is misleading and works against the purpose of it. It is the duty of CDEX to contact the writer and demand misleading information to be withdrawn.
