THERE IS NO CROSS OWNERSHIP INTEREST BETWEEN ITADESA AND MIHL - THEY ARE SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT COMPANIES

MIHL does not hold any interest in ITADESA. FACT: They share Larisa Saltsova and CEO. ITADESA does not own any shares of MIHL> In order of MIHL to to take any interest in ITADESA it would need to be approved by the ATF.
